Pours a clear golden yellow with a small white bubbly head. The foam settles and leaves just a ring of white around the edge of the glass and no lacing.

Golden malt aroma with a nice bready aroma. NIce touch of crushed grain aroma and a touch of yeast. Nice and smooth.

Smooth grainy flavor. Doughy with a dry sweetness to it. Touch of grassy hops. Some nice toasty grain on the aftertaste. Really easy drinking and smooth with a nice light carbonation and a great aftertaste.

Nice to see that Summit cared enough about making a great brew on to style that they dumped the first batch that wasn't what they were looking for.

Bright and clear slightly tarnished gold hue with a small starchy white cap that cruises off the top quickly to a collar and very minimal lacing.

Aroma is lightly sweetened of bread dough and grains with a just a bit of pale cracker and some old dry hay.

Nice flavor of tender doughy malt, moderately easy going and firmly toned in rounded malt with a bready grain sweetness. Nice crystal malt (honeyish) ascents as well as some cracker tones paling down the back end along with some nicely hopped grassy hay dryness tweaking in a smooth spicey grab among a husk tone of grains.

Firm, medium body, smooth, mildly sweet and centered well with sweet breadyness and some nice return in the finish of grassy leafy hops, cracker, grain husk leftovers.

Pretty good stuff and quite drinkable. Another new brew by Summit thats a keeper.
