Deep saturated orange color, fluffy head of cream colored foam, drippy arcs of lace in the glass. Lasting surface skim. Looks pretty nice for an Amber.
Aroma of yeast esters, some mild fruity apple and plum notes.
Multigrain bread and mild hop bitterness, slightly toasty with some apple traces in the periphery. Body is light and a little watery, light carbonation. Flavor improves some as it warms, might be interesting to try on cask, as i've heard they have been serving it.
