Old Review12oz bottle I got at Four Winds in Pensacola. Poured into a Weizen glass.
A: Poured a dark yellow/light brown color. I slight white head that goes away rapidly. This beer has amazing carbonation activity. Lots of bubbles rising still after being poured over 15 minutes ago.
S: Has a nice honey, malty nose. You can still catch some hops coming through the malt.
T: A nice malt, honey, bread, grains, and a hops bitterness on the back end. Very nice and balanced.
M: Has a medium carbonation that really makes this crisp drink. Very nice with little aftertaste. Does what it came to do.
D: I can drink this. You can't notice any alcohol and it is very clean and crisp. This is a lovely beer.
