Alley Time by Spiteful Brewing
American Pale Ale
6.00 % ABV

This beer is brewed with Pilsen Malt & a single addition of Simcoe hops. Perfect for sharing those expletive heavy stores with a cold one in hand. Alley Time can be any time, but it can only be one place. Find whether you're a corporate lemming or an interpretive dancer, find an alley and make it yours.

Bright pale gold body, streaming carb trails visible, ample head of white foam. Some soapy arcs of drippy lacing form in the glass, and there's a steady skim on the surface after a few sips.

Aromas of candied orange peel, woody vines, cat pee (the name seems to be an allusion to where bike messengers go to relieve themselves).

Very light and somewhat crisp, big citrus in the form of candied orange peel again, firm resiny bitterness that sticks in the teeth a little bit. Some trace pale malts and possibly wheat in the background. Some lingering hop flavor, could use a touch more to shine. Light enough to be an APA, with hops at the IPA level. Nice and drinkable, seems like a session beer until the abv creeps up. Solid Simcoe APA.
