Bright golden yellow, much like a stop light yellow. Clear bodied with a few bubbles of slow carbonation. Nice capping of thick, frothy, gooey printer paper white foam that sits about an inch high and scrambles down slowly to a well coated skim and tons of heavy melting snow and icicled lacing.

Aroma is moderately set in a bold pale malt bready-like sweetness with a tint to some Pilsner malt tingeyness of dry grain and flour, snappy wheat hints, mildly set with some sweet candied citric hoppyness.

Mighty tasty with lots of sweet pale bready malt coated well with sweet, yet dullish lemon/mango/pineapple candyness swirled inside mixing with a bold body of hefty tone and length that seeps in the 'Imperial' notion of its 9% pretty quickly. A wonderful balance and incredibly well set in a full boldness. Fulfillingly rich with a nice touch to dryness of high ended wheat and some fluffy hops emerging along the tail end as it warms quickly behind the palate and down to the Ol' belly. Yum!

Bold, fairly full bodied with lots of warmth sitting in quickly with an ease behind its malty smooth and soft girth. Amazing balance with nice touches breathing in the back end of ghostly dryness with wheat grain, Pils malt, and hops.

Another yummy, solid treat by the folks at Southern Tier.
It's very drinkable, but much like most of the other ST goodies, its sneaky with the larger ABV and warm body.

Price: $6.99 Served In: Pint Glass
