(Served in a dimple mug)
A- This beer pours a dense clear walnut brown body with a thick creamy and lumpy head of butter cream that sticks to the glass in rings. There is a quick carbonation pushing to the surface.
S- The toasted biscuit malt aroma is rich with a faint support from darker roasted malts.
T- The cream taste leads to a rich toasted fresh malt flavor that is well lagered and a bit dry. There are hints of biscuit and toasted malt underneath. There is a nice Noble hop presents in the finish, which is clean and dry.
M- The medium-full mouthfeel has a creamy fizz texture to it and no alcohol heat.
O- This beer has a big rich lagered malt flavor with some nice soft depth and a good support but the Noble hops. I could drink a few liters of this.
