Thanks to Digital Bobby for this bottle. Bottled with love on 01/07/2010.

Pours a clear golden color with a foamy white head of a couple fingers. The foam settles fairly quickly and leaves some lacing clinging to the walls of the glass. Layer of foam stays around to cover the top of the brew.

Smells of faint hops with a note of grass and lemon. Some sweet malt with a hint of biscuit. Not much in the way of aroma.

Big biscuity flavor up front with some toasty malt and a touch of very light roast. Nice dry sweetness. Just a hint of hops to balance things with a touch of spice and light caramel.

Low carbonation that bubbles a bit on the tongue. Inoffensive but pretty indescript brew. Nothing that makes it stand out from anything else.

A - Pours a nice clean amber colored body. Head is very light tan and thick, about one finger tall. Foam is made up of very tight, uniform sized bubbles.

S - Super biscuity pale malts here. Some earthy tones, likely from the hops.

T - Starts off with biscuity malts. Big bill of cereal graininess follows. Light earthy hops with a bit of spiciness to them comes in. Very light caramel flavor.

M - Medium bodied with low carbonation.

Overall - Very simple, but tasty. Would make a quaffable session brew, especially in the warm summer months.

Thanks to MrPhoenix for this midwest brew. Pours clear amber, with a nice white head on it that hangs in there. Smell is ok, light hops. Taste is an awfully like SNPA. Could be a good session brew.
