12 oz bottle thanks to my main man, Steve. Served this one up in a standard shaker pint.

A: Pours a medium colored amber with lots of yellow hues to it. Held to the light, even more of those yellows come out vibrantly. The body is completely clear and clean. There is a super active carbonation movement in here. The pour got me a perfect finger of thick white head. Tons of lace just sheets and coats the glass all the way down.

S: Tropical goodness. The pineapple notes in the beer are so very present and in my face. Grapefruit meat and zest mix well of course with all that pineapple. Little bit of pine joins the party. Little bit of sweet malt comes through, but not a whole lot.

T: Not much unlike the nose at all. Those tropical notes of grapefruit and pineapple dominate easily. Sweet and bitter. Very nice. Resiny pine comes in to add a little bit of a soapy note (in a good way). The malts are a bit more present than expected but pleasantly. Caramel and biscuity malt adds a little bit, but doesn't balance it out. Still has that DIPA quality to it.

M: Heavy side of medium in feel with a medium carbonation. Feel is nice and creamy, really coats the mouth with the oils. Sticks around and allows the flavors to develop. ABV isn't noticeable and I am shocked it is as high as it is. Nice and dry on the finish, but not obnoxiously so. Aftertaste is pine and pineapple.

OA: Damed tasty, and very drinkable. Just so refreshing and easy drinking. It is right in that level of hoppiness I like where the hops are dominating but not too much. It won't easily kill your palate with too much hops and bitterness. It would take some time. Very well put together. Gonna have to nurse these two bottles.
