A - Pours a crystal clear copper colored body with some tight, slow moving bubbles rising to the surface. One finger head started bigger, but now isn't going anywhere. Soapy looking and light tan.
S - Well balanced. Sweet and fruity. Citrusy, grapefruit hops. Strawberry. A bit of orange and lemon. Pine background behind it all. Sort of bready, but sweet malts.
T - Sweety and fruity is right. Hmmm... This is difficult to pick apart. Pine and citrus working in unison here. Like a pine needle, toned down, covered in fresh orange zest. Pear and strawberry have a slight presence. Lightly toasted pale malts. Bitterness hits at the end in a easy going way.
M - Medium bodied with sticky hops. Carbonation is very good.
D - Don't know that this is worth the money, but it is a very good beer. Sort of like a German Double IPA if there were such a thing.
