A - Pours a muddy apricot color with a slight haze to it, possibly from the chill. Light tan head is made of varying sized bubbles and sits about one and a half inches thick. Decent retention.
S - Slight earthy hops. Bready pale malts are the big presence here. Not a whole lot more.
T - Big, biscuity pale malts. Slightly yeasty with a touch of earthiness. Grassy hops aren't particularly bitter or hoppy. Much more muted that I figured it would be.
M - Medium bodied with carbonation that has a light airy feel to it.
D - Very drinkable. Good beer, but doesn't seem to really be that out of the ordinary. No hint of the alcohol in this beer.
