A- The straw yellow body is a touch hazy with a thick white head that stands proud of the glass lip and a matrix of slow microbubbles gliding to the surface.

S- The light white bread aroma has some dry banana ester hints and a gentle clove phenol comes through as it opens.

T- The slight tartness of lemon is bright with a softer dry banana ester underneath and a nice light yeasty crisp finish.

M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel with a tight little fizz and no alcohol heat noticed.

O- This is a light crisp refreshing weizenbier. Great for the tropics and not has filling as many classic hefe-wiezens.
