Bottle thanks to nase! Fridge aged for a few months. I should have gotten to this one earlier!
Pours bright, golden with a slight bit of haze. A big creamy, white head which leaves tons of lacing on the glass.
Bready malts, spicy floral hops, slightly resinous. Really well balanced.
Similar to smell: a bit of spicy raw doughiness, floral, spicy, resinous hops, and extremely dry just like I like my IPAs. Slightly fruity (dried, tart apricot mostly).
Dry, full mouthfeel, medium carbonation.
This is a really great IPA and I bet it was even better when fresher.
