Thanks to Westside Threat for this growler.

This beer was growlered about 2 weeks ago and I just cracked it, no hiss from the growler but with a slightly aggressive pour, this beer has a nice 3 finger white head that slowly dissipates to a white bubble layer over the beer with nice lacing on the glass. Once poured, this beer is a nice gloden clean beer with alot of tiny bubbles rising in the glass.

Smell is what you would expect from a DIPA, strong hop aroma, citris/pine hops are abundant with this one.

Very smooth, crisp hop flavor on this one, that malts balance the hops very well, but this hops slightly overpower. Awesome taste.

Carbonation is great, like I mentioned, this beer is smooth.

Love this beer and glad that I was able to try it. I will be seaking this out again during the summner time.

Poured from growler into standard pint glass.

A - Pours a nice darker golden color with tons of tight bubbles racing around. Generous fluffy tan head that is still sitting there after a couple minutes.

S - Clean and crisp with loads of hops presence. Citrus and pine are wonderfully pungent. I find myself smelling this beer as much as drinking it.

T - First sip is creamy until I got past the generous foam on the top of the pint. Orange, slight strawberry, and a tad of spice until the pine bitterness takes over. Malt is far in the background, but somehow this beer is very very hoppy without being overpowering at all (hophead disclaimer).

M - Medium bodied. Creamy at the start when you get some of the head on the first couple sips of each pint. Carbonation, even with the weeklong trip from California, is excellent.

D - This growler is going to go down quick and easy in this humid weather. A great offering from Pizza Port.
