Originally reviewed 09/09/06Popped the top of this bottle with a big hiss. Poured into a standard pint glass.
A - Holy carbonation batman! Better pour the rest of this one down the side of the glass. A tame pour produced a glass 80% full of foam. Off white and with varying size of bubbles. Body is golden/orange and clear.
S - Citrusy hops. Grapefruit with a hint of strawberry. Maybe a bit of apple.
T - Lightly toasted malts up front, giving way to a nice bit of fruity hops. Grapefruit and bitter hops.
M - Medium bodied and over carbonated. Hard to pour without getting a monster head that doesn't go away.
D - Super easy drinker once I got past the head and into the beer.
