Belgian Pale Ale
4.50 % ABV

In the year of our lord 1675, there lived St. Citrus, known throughout all the land for his fresh flavor and harmony. Lo a Brotherhood was formed by those who carried his mantle and out Patersbier, a traditional Belgian style ale, brewed to be "offered to the brothers on festive occasions". mark’s the celebratory collaboration between Pipeworks and 18th St. Brewery. Brewed with fresh citrus zest, Brotherhood is a tribute to the beautiful, delicious harmony of the Brotherhood of Brewers!

(Served in a globe glass)
Batch #69 on bottle
A- This beer pours a full glass of snow white creamy head that melts into a hazy deep aged lemon yellow body and the foam sticks in clouds to the side of the glass with each sip. Strong carbonation of microbubbles trail to the surface.

S- The great earthy saison yeast esters has a fresh rain and citrus peel aroma in the finish with a bright pithy citrus note coming through as it opens.

T- The dry fruity saison ester has some flinty notes and a dry finish. There is a pleasant club soda taste mixed in with a coriander dryness and pithy lemon bitterness that blends with a bright citrus hops as in lingers on for a moment.

M- The light mouthfeel has a crisp fizz that really compliments the hops.

O- This is a great beer that is full of yeasty character and a bright flavor but is very sessionable. It gets just a bit to bitter in the aftertaste but still remains very pleasant to drink.
