At Her Majesty's Pleasure by Pipeworks Brewing Company
English Strong Ale
7.00 % ABV

May those long suffering AT HER MAJESTY’S PLEASURE be granted a sweet reprieve in these days of despairing heat. A fine English style with feudal offerings of vinous hops, coriander and orange peel, is sure to ease the commoner’s burden after a day of toll. And though the asperity of the queen knows no bounds, hold your hopes and glasses high and drink deep of this liquid rebellion!

(Served in a tulip glass)

A- This beer pours a dense hazy deep yellow body with a tight bubbly white head that has strands of bubbles gently feeding it.

S- The green herbal hops and a dry coriander note give a nice full aroma

T- There is a vinous white wine quality to the green hops with a pine needle quality growing. The finish has a taste of grape skins and green hops and is just on the dry side. There is also some coriander notes that come through as it opens.

M- The medium mouthfeel has a tight fizz in the finish and an alcohol heat on the exhale after each sip.

O- This is an interesting beer and the hops make my tongue tingle a bit. The hop flavor is full with a lot of nice depth and no bitterness, making this very drinkable.

Served In: Tulip
