A - Agressive pour produces a fizzy beige head. Head doesn't last long, leaving just a ring around the glass. Body is a clean copper color with no hint of carbonation really.
S - Deep toffee and caramel. Lots of sweetness here. Light nuttiness. No hops or alcohol to speak of.
T - Starts off a little light, with some toffee. More sweetness moves in with caramel and big time brown sugar. The sweet malts just burst all over the place here, but they are super smooth and well balanced. Nothing over the top. There's a light bitterness here, sort of similar to the bitterness you get from some brews that are aged in a nicely toasted barrel. Virtually no alcohol detected anywhere in here.
M - Medium full bodied. Smoooooth.
Overall - Very deceptively easy to drink brew. If someone told me this was 7%, I wouldn't doubt them. Drinks almost too easy for the abv. Delicious.
