It pours a hazy pinkish red with a 1 finger head of foam and a bit of lacing.
The nose is of sour fruits...I can smell both the cherries and the raspberries with an underlying note of oak.
The taste is sour cherries and raspberries, mild oak, finishes very dry and very satisfying. This is a well made American Wild Ale that I don't mind paying the bucks for. It will fill the loss of caged and corked La Folies for me.
Light bodied, effervescent carbonation, the mouthfeel is good and it's very drinkable. Thanks, Odell!
