Color was black with some deep ruby-like highlights just faintly around the edges of the glass. Head was about two fingers high and was very creamy looking like yogurt and was tan in color.
Smells of deeply roasted malts that are coffee-like and burnt chocolate, very sweet and rich, super mellow and soft on the nose. What a whiffer.
Taste is roasted malt done in a burnt-like way or something, had a really nice coffee/chocolate flavoring that was deep and sweet with a good hold.
Feel is pretty silky/ oily and heavy bodied with a overall sweet dryness that floats into the finish.
A very solid porter.

A: Poured a rich mahogany with an inch of light brown fluffy head. Lacing is sticking around on this one.
S: Smells of coffee and chocolate with hints of caramel.
T: Taste of roasted malt, some chocolate and coffee with a nice sweet aftertaste. This is one of my favorite porters.
M: Medium body, maybe a little light, but really smooth.
This has been one of my go to beers for quite a while now. It's about time I finally reviewed it. Like I said earlier, this is my favorite "regular" porter I've had and I'll continue to have this one in the fridge at all times.
