Thanks to Westsidethreat for the bottle!
A - Big pop on the cork. Holy crap, the time didn't take away from the carbonation. Watch your pour on this one. I have a glass mostly full of foam. Buttery color and sort of soapy looking. Body is a apricot/yellow color with a nice haze on it.
S - Big whiffs of belgian yeast, belgian spices, lemon zest, and wheat. Smells sort of like a saison meets wit to me.
T - Starts of with wheat and wet hay. Works into some nice citrus notes with lemon and orange. Tastes bright and fresh, even though it isn't. Belgian yeast and spices with coriander and maybe some cardamom and nutmeg in there.
M - Medium bodied. Carbonation is sort of strange, with the bubbles tasting like they are solids. The only other beer I have experienced this with is New Glarus Stone Soup.
D - This beer is really really hitting the spot on this humid summer night. Great brew.
