Organic Revolution pours a deep glowing golden with a touch of haze from the bottle conditioning. A mix of both small and large carbonation bubbles rise to the surface in broken streams. A two finger dense craggy white head formed on the pour that slowly fell to one finger and left sticky, chunky lacing on its way down. This is without a doubt a good looking IPA.
According to the bottle this is brewed using Hallertau but I seem to a light orange floral aroma that's very inviting, although something I never find in Hallertau. The foundation of this beer contains flashes of cake like malts. This smells very balanced, calm, and inviting.

The flavors come together very nicely with the orange floral character combining with the pale cake like maltiness. Organic Revolution is straight forward and simple but is a good beer none the less. This beer is easy to drink thanks to a mild sweetness throughout.

The mouthfeel on this beer is all at once medium-full and incredibly silky smooth. The carbonation isn't really noticeable but lets beer just flow through almost perfectly.

I could see myself drinking this often if available around here. A good beer to sip the day away with and one none craft beer drinking friends would surely enjoy. Organic Revolution is a good beer to keep around the house for some easy drinking.

I really didn't expect a whole lot from Organic Revolution but it turned out to be something I really enjoyed. A highly quaffable brew from New Glarus, one of my favorite breweries.

Darker honey gold haze of jelloishness with some activity moderately creeping thru it. Small dull white capping of fluffed, semi rocky foam dallops the top breifly before skipping out to a collar ring and few pokes of stringy lace sticking across the glass.

Aroma is mellow and is dullishly sweet of fruity stuff, semi candied to a slower chewy candy sense. Appley, super old lemon, melon, and a bit of floral hop notes take up its tone on the nose.

Flavors are tender and simple with a calm malty tone of semi candyish, mellowed out fruity things that carries notions like apple, green grape, apricot, and paled lemon. Semi rounded in with a touch of old orange juice bitterness as it floats off akin to slight floral hoppy dryness and a blade or two of dried grass.

Body is just under medium with a simple rounded tone of smooth malty, dulled fruits. There's a bit of texture that doesn't quite fit of sharp tingers of metalic tinging up the mouthfeel way in the back and the finish is a bit weird in its hoppy distribution with a slight chalky dryness occuring very late after each sip.

An OK pale ale in my book, organic or whatever. A good warm up brew to have before moving on to something with a bit more to it.

Pours a slightly hazy golden copper with a foamy white head. The foam quickly settles and leaves a bit of lacing coating the walls of the glass.

Smooth golden malt with a nice touch of sweetness. Hints of caramel and a touch of fruity hops. Bit of citrus at the end.

Smooth and silky caramel malt makes up most of this brew. Slightly creamy and very easy drinking. Touch of light toffee and a hint of fruity hops in the distance. Rich full body is fairly easy drinking and tasty.

Thanks to Tip Top for the bottle!

Bright medium gold, white head that hangs on tight all the way down. Smells like veggies for dinner, with faint herbal slightly lemony hops and toasted malt.

A lot of biscuitiness along with some herbal, grassy hops and vegetal flavors. Moderate bitterness throughout. Some more grains appear halfway through. hard to describe the finish - bitter, with some grains and a spicy/vegetal flavor I can't quite pinpoint. medium bodied, very nicely carbonated appropriate to style.

Not bad, not great, a bit outside the norm.

A: Pours a standard goldenrod color with some chill haze. Many different bubble streams drift slowly to the top. Head is small but present, simple off white color.

S: Yellow corn, cooked carrots, copper with a little bit of a hop kick.

T: Begins mildly sweet with sugar snap peas, apple skin and white corn. Sweetness intensifies after the swallow bringing with it yellow apple and star fruit. Little bit of a malty/grainy flavor accompanies it. Finishes with a bit of earthy bitterness and corn sweetness.

M: Medium mouthfeel, sort of fuzzy

D: Little bit of off flavors towards the end that really sit on the palate. These cloying tastes make it difficult for this beer to be “refreshing”. Not bad all in all I guess.

A - Pours a dark golden colored body with bubbles lazily rising to the surface. A thick, fluffy, one inch head sits atop, light tan in color. Good retention.

S - Not too much going on here. Light bready malts and some grassy hops.

T - Very biscuity and bready malts. Almost cracker like flavors. Grassy, earthy hops provide some contrast. Malts are front and center here.

M - Medium bodied. Smooth carbonation.

O - This isn't really a bad beer, but really doesnt' do a whole lot for me. Nothing really sets it apart from the crowd. Organic beers that I really like sure are a rarity.
