A - Pours a deep garnet colored body. Sitting atop is a one inch, thick, creamy looking head. Great retention and lacing.S - Light caramel malts with surprisingly vibrant bold citrusy hops. A little grassy and a bit earthy.
T - Much lighter in flavor than the smell led me to believe, but still solid. Light caramel malts with just a hint of citrusy hoppiness. Ever so slight bitter wash at the end.
M - Thank god for cask conditioning. Super smooth and creamy. Medium bodied.
D - This is pretty good, but could use a boost in taste. Body carried this beer.
