Thanks to TipTop for the growler!

Pours a perfect brilliant gold into the tulip glass, with a white head that's impressive as it forms, fading to lace with a very fine bead carbonation.Aroma is of bready toasty malt, fruitiness (pear, faint citrus) and yeasty esters - very appetizing.

Liquid velvet - slightly warmed from alcohol velvet, but velvet nonetheless - across the tongue. Starts with a fruity (wheat malt, pear, a bit of subdued strawberries), spicy (oak and faint earthy hops), estery combo that is very complex, all carried by a mellow but firm bitterness and alcohol warmth - not at all obtrusive, just letting you know there's some octane in the glass. Malt sweetness appears in honey flavors mid sip, very round, with some wheat malt reappearing in the finish, which holds on to its bitter/warmth. Smooooooth mouthfeel, ideal carbonation.

One of the better American takes on a tripel, would love to try this next to a Pump Station Belgian Strong as they're two excellent examples with different flavor notes. Really digging this brew. Thanks again, TT!!
