Review from 10/18/06
A - Light brown/dark amber in color. Transparent. Starts with a big billowing head, but that is gone fairly quickly.
S - Dark fruits (cherries, plums, and raisins), belgian yeast, and the slightest hint of alcohol.
T - Flavor abounds here. Rich and tasty. Dark fruit dominates the front with cherries, fig, plums and this taste doesn't let go. Touch of chocolate and alcohol.
M - Smooth and creamy. Medium bodied. Fine, non-aggressive carbonation.
D - Great beer that I didn't expect to see on tap when I went there monday.
