Yet another Tip Top growler finds its way into my beer fridge, then the nonic, then the belly. Thanks TT!
Pours a brilliant amber with a head that has serious staying power. Stunning looking pint. Aroma is a complex blending of toasty malt and bitter, spicy, floral hops with some distant orange marmalade - the good rindy stuff.
Starts with this huge English earthy hop bitterness that sets the tome perfectly. All kinds of tea-like malt rides over it, hints of toffee and LOTS of hop spiciness. Great melding of hop and malt. No trace of alcohol anywhere except for faint vapors up the nose. Finishes dryish, with a lingering bitter dry-leaf spiciness. Smooth as Jessica Alba's mammalian protuberances. Just a great, great brew.

Poured from a growler, thanks to Tip Top, into my Town Hall PINT GLASS.
Pours a clear golden amber with a nice thick white head that fades into a thin layer on top of the brew. Nice lacing left all the way down. The smell is floral hops and bitter. Taste is awesome. Bitterness all over, with a nice blend of orange(?) in it. Really smooth drinker with a great mouthfeel. Really great brew. Thanks a ton TT.
