Bought this a little while ago along with a Warrior IPA. Cap saying it can go until 2011 in the cellar. But I say otherwise tonight...Color darker than I expected, dark copper maybe. A bit cloudy too. Notable foam settling down nicely but sticking around. Smell is all hops here, with a slight resiny sweetness at the end. Taste is also all hops, with a strong citrus rind bitterness. But not over the top, to be honest. Ends with a notable bitterness though, that overtakes the initial wave. Feel is a bit oily and sticky.
Overall, a very good hoppy beer. I would think it's better fresh than cellared though.
