Pours a hazy light copper color with more yella around the edges. About 2 inches of thick, creamy head. Awesome looking beer.

Slight tart smell coming from the brett with a tad of funk and maltiness.

Starts off with some earthiness along with what seems almost a little smokiness hidden in there. The finish is a little bitter hoppiness.

Mouthfeel on this one is a little foamy with quite a bit of carbonation. Leaves your mouth dry and wanting more.

Hell of a beer. Glad I was able to try this one.

Huge thanks to Men in Cleats for picking this one up for me.

A - Pours a cloudy yellow golden color. Some microscopic bubbles rising to the surface. Head is three fingers tall, slightly off white. Looks soapy from the sides and rocky from the top. Sticky lacing all over. Great retention. Beautiful looking beer.

S - Starts off with your typical Belgian Pale Ale aroma of pale malts mixed with fine Belgian yeast. Yeast brings on a light spiciness. Beneath this lies the lime yogurt smell of bettanomyces I love so much. Slightly tart, yummy.

T - Starts off with a slightly biscuity flavor. Then comes the yeast. It brings on a light barnyard funkiness that I guess is more earthy than the big barnyard funk that comes with many belgian styles. Black pepper. Brett blends in nicely bringing a slightly tart, lime citrus yogurt flavor. Finishes with a light bitterness.

M - Medium bodied and sort of soft. Fine carbonation tickles the tongue all the way down.

Overall - Very nice brew that I would love to be able to have again and again. Lots of flavor with brett being a highlight and not the sole focus. Drinks extremely easy.
