A: Very light and clean golden rod color with some stray bubbles meandering to the surface of the glass. Few bubbles stick to the sides of the glass. Head is medium sized, a creamy snow white head.
S: Lemon juice, limestone, coriander, little bit of nutmeg and green moss.
T: First sip brings some initial vanilla and banana. Very minerally with floral and pollen like hops. There’s some really strong graininess which I’m definitely not digging which hasn’t gone away after the third sip. Overall quite watery but not unappealing. Spices are balanced without being too cloying…but its close. Finishes with a little bit of lymon and a touch of black pepper.
M: Thin and watery.
D: For what it is, its not bad. Its just a really weak white. But its probably refreshing on a hot day.
