Old Review
Had this on tap at the J. Clyde in Birmingham this weekend. Poured into a standard pint.

A: Poured a nice golden color with just a touch of haze to it. Had a decent head, but had little retention. The head went dow to a couple frothy rings that still created some really stick lacing on the glass. Good looking brew.

S: The smell of wheat really comes out here. There is also a backbone of good floral and citrus hops. If you go searching, you find notes of honey as well.

T: Taste is, like the smell, up front with some wheat that is a bit sweet and bready. The floral and citrus hops translate well. There are caramel notes from the malt, along with a touch of honey on the back of the tongue.

M: This is a light to medium bodied brew. The carbonation was a little lacking for my taste but was still present and refreshing. This brew finishes rather clean, leaving only a note of honey on the tongue.

D: This is a great summer beer. It is cool and crisp, but still has the citrus and sweetness you are looking for is such a brew. Really enjoyable and a good follow up to the Southern Pecan.
