Apricot Goddess by Lake Louie Brewery Company
Fruit / Vegetable Beer
5.20 % ABV

A new offering for Lake Louie, based on the amber style. Mildly hopped with the refreshing flavor and aroma of freshly picked apricots. Named after the most beautiful woman in Chinese history.

(Served in a stemmed strange)
A- This beer is a slow gusher with a thick spongy antique white head that breaks up into a bright yellow body with an orange hue. There are strands of bubbles trailing to the surface.

S- The dry soft bright tartness has a light plastic aroma to it with a fruity note coming through as it warms. There is a dry jammy fruit finish that stays a bit soft but does grow as it opens.

T- The dry slightly tart unripe stone fruit note leads to a dry green finish. There is a juicy tartness lingers for a bit with some dry field corn flavors coming through.

M- The light mouthfeel has a big scrubbing fizz in the finish.

O- This beer has a light base with a fruit flavor that is a bit artificial.
