A - Label is completely different than the one pictures. Sparkly silver now. "The Original German Ice Bock". Pours a dark garnet colored body. One inch tan head sits atop, looking soapy from the sides and fluffy from the top.
S - Holy malts batman. Caramel, toffee, there are loads of sweet malts going on here. Alcohol is definitely present here. Some ripe dark fruits.
T - Big sweet malts much like the smell. Caramel and toffee sweetness is abundant, along with dark fruit flavors of raisin, cherry, fig and plum. Alcohol lays there in the back, but is in no way overpowering.
M - Medium bodied and a little syrupy. Smooth carbonation. Slick.
D - Very nice beer here. Might somehow be my first Eisbock. I doubt it is, but I can't remember another off the top of my head.
