A - Body is a light orange color with a decent haze to it. Tons of carbonation, but yet a small white head sitting on top, very fizzy and gone in no time.

S - Sweetness is the first thing that hits me. Sort of fruity with maybe strawberry and apricot poking out. Apples and pears come out further.

T - There's something strange about this beer, and I'm not sure it's meant to be. Starts out actually tasting like rice and a touch of sour apple. More fruit comes out with pears, apricots and peaches. There's just something about a strange dirtiness here. Is it from the rice? I really don't know. Funky, but almost doesn't taste intentionally funky. Yeastiness is big here also, being sort of a cross between a wheatbeer flavor and that of a belgian yeast strain. Strange.

M - Medium bodied and way too fizzy.

Overall - This beer is one odd duck. It could be something compromised in the bottle, but it doesn't seem that way. Strange funkiness that I can't get used to.
