Thanks to Jmu500 for this one! Reminds me a lot of Prairie Hop, which I've been jonesing for for quite awhile. 03 2015
Pours a hazy pale gold, visible carbonation, lasting surface coverage, delicate lacing.
Nice tropical NZ hop aroma, first Nelson came to mind then Mosaic. Lemon verbena, lemon pith, botanicals.
Taste has a pleasant tartness, clean and fruity, grapefruit, lemon, guava. Earthy green botanical hop aftertaste. Light and drinkable, nicely quenching. Overall this is really good stuff, nice balance of hop character and fruity rustic saison elements.

I think either my wife's or my daughter's cat managed to open my beer fridge, pop open the bottle of Dorothy, spill it out entirely, refill it with cat urine, recap it, and put it back in the fridge. Wow. I knew those felines were evil, but I had no idea they were bottle opener operating ninjas.
Dorothy is straight up cat piss on the nose (and I imagine the palate). The bottle claims this is the beer that the HF guys would have liked to share with Dorothy, so I can only assume that Dorothy was a crazy cat lady.
