From notes:Amber orange clear pour with a creamy inch of head. Lots of active carbonation. Aromas of lightly toasted grains with floral & fruity aromas. Spicy yeastiness with a note of herbs. Somewhat funky. Very nice!
First sip brings a light caramelized grain with lots of floral and light fruity flavors. Big yeasty spiciness with a big hit of pepper & herbs. A bit musty and funky. Goes down crisp and smooth, great example of a saison.
Mouthfeel is light and airy with good carbonation. Super refreshing and smooth. Too bad Heavyweight is no longer around, I wish I could have this beer again!
