Old review12oz bottle from a Harpoon Sampler acquired at Grub Mart in J'ville. Poured into a mug.
A: Dark brown, looks like cola. Had a small, thin head that left a bit of lacing on the glass.
S: Roasted malt, dark chocolate, nuts, grains, floral hops.
T: Roasted malt, lightest of coffee, hints of dark chocolate and bit of hops on the finish.
M: Got a good deal of carbonation but it works for this beer. Crisp and refreshing for the beer. Has a creamy texture.
D: Very, like this beer a lot and I will keep an eye out for it for rotation in my everyday stash.
