Review from 10/05/06750ml bottle, corked and caged. Nice pop and wisps of smoke when I popped the cork.
A - Bright golden body with only a slight fizzy head which is now gone. Some bubbles floating around, but not too much action to speak of.
S - Earthy funk. Can smell this one before I bring it to my nose. Sourness is at the forefront and I am pretty sure that my dog can smell this downstairs.
T - This is the odd taste that I love in a Gueuze. Funky, earthy taste. Super tart. Sour lemons and oranges. Love how extreme the tartness is.
M - Light and refreshing. Crisp and clear.
D - Super easy to drink. This 750ml will be gone in an hour.
