A Absolutely still, no head. Brilliant peach/gold color. Legs on the glass from the alcohol & body.
S: Strong Brett (horse blanket, barnyard), lactic acid sourness. Light honey aroma fighting to get through.
T: Tart, not too sour. Brett character is subdued, but gives the impression of bitterness. A little honey character in the background, but still quite a dry finish.
M: Medium body, surprising given the dryness. A little slick. Minimal warming, and no astringency.
O: Wonderful beer for fans of Lambic and/or dry mead.
