16 oz can thanks to the Good Doctor. Thanks, good buddy. Served up in a nonic pint.

A: Pours up a pale, yellow colored body. The body is mostly clear with just a bit of haze to it. Held to the light, it has a brighter and more vivid yellow color to it. The pour got me a finger of airy, bright white head. Touches of lace notch the glass, not obscene but still very nice.

S: Starts off with some yeasty notes. Mostly fruity there, with notes of orange zest and Tang powder. Little bit of sweetness coming from them malts, but mild. Finished off with some earthy and floral hop notes. Everything here is light and a little muted. It is pleasant but a little drab.

T: Flavor starts with that yeast. Picking up on some orange and apricot notes. The apricot isn't overly sweet, but has a nice rounding presence to the flavor. Biscuity malt just there to mellow some flavors, nothing too sweet or aggressive. Hop presence is light, but really nice a floral. There is just a touch of earth note that is probably the yeast, but it adds a nice characteristic to it. Very tasty.

M: Nice and light with a just right, moderate to high carbonation to it. The weight and carbonation levels make for a really nice creaminess to the beer, that coats the mouth with a light air of flavor. Clears up pretty nicely considering. ABV is no where near noticeable, very light here. Aftertaste is all apricot and a little earth.

OA: Perfectly good beer for everyday drinking. I could see having access to Gossamer and Daisy Cutter being a deadly duo. I would keep both in my fridge depending on my mood. Gossamer makes a great alternative if you are looking for lightly hoppy, drinker. Perfect counterpart to DC. Flavors work, Feel is almost perfect, I only wish the nose had just a bit more. But thats reaching, this beer is just fine. I'll have another.

How are there no reviews for this amazing session beer yet? This may be the best session ale in the country right now, it is that damn good. Pours a slightly hazed golden/medium-orange color with a hearty off-white foamy head that leaves a good amount of lace along the sides as it recedes. The aroma is light but pronounced, with some fruity ale yeast, crisp crackery/sugary light maltiness, and a floral/grassy hop smell. The balance is superb, and this transitions into the taste as well...maybe even more so. A damn-fine bend of fruity/marmalade malts/yeast and some floral/grassy hops make this utterly slammable. Mouthfeel is crisp and bubbly, light bodied, no alcohol heat, and finishes so damn refreshingly clean. I have and will continue to slam these cans down at an exorbitant pace, as for the price and freshness level this is about the best session ale on planet earth.
