Thanks to Westsidethreat for the bottle. Bottle 3840/6000
A - Pours a nice mohagany brown colored body. Head is thick, made of tight bubbles, and a vivid tan color.
S - Big boozy nose. Sweet malts with some red fruits hovering within. Bittering hops in abundance. Brown sugar.
T - Big and rich with tons of sweetness. Brown sugar and toffee bring the sweetness up front. In comes some vanilla before I get a coffee bitterness that seems to come from nowhere. Bittering hops come in and come on strong. Caramel malt and bitter hop aftertaste. Almost a little oaky with some lingering booziness.
M - Full bodied with light, smooth carbonation.
D - Very nice beer that has held up quite nicely with age. It's a sipper, but it doesn't go down harsh at all.
