(Served in a Nonic)
A- There is just a touch of haze to the deep caramel-orange body with a slow carbonation working to the surface. There is a thick light tan head that is full of craters and last for a bit.
S- This beer has a full crystal malt aroma that has just a hint of brine in the finish.
T- The big sweet crystal malt carries through to the flavor but is cut back just a bit by the dry pungent green hop flavor with a much bigger hop bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste and grows. The flavor also gets more watery as the beer opens.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a crisp tight fizz and no alcohol heat.
O- This beer has big flavor in the crystal malt which is almost syrupy and the hop bitterness that taste a bit like dandelion milk, but it is lacking in hop flavor and aroma. It could really use something to cut down the first flavors or add depth to the flavor.
