Hyperactive light lemony yellow with a very starchy white cap of medium stature. Some good lacing coats the glass in all sorts of spotty and webby patterns.
Aroma is rounded well with semi zippy zest of lemon citrus and Witbier bready/cracker yeast with just a touch of white pepper and sea salt.
Nice firm taster with an overall milder touch of tone and body then you might find otherwise in a Witbier. Crisp, mellow, lemony marshmellow cream pie middle, white wheat cracker crunch, spritzed with just a pinch of peppery zest popping about on the palate. Always staying wonderfully mild with a great balance, texture, and mixture of flavors. Nothing overpowering anything else. Surprisingly mellowing with just that right pull of body and spice.
Crisp, smooth, clean, zesty, and spicy lightish medium body with a very well rounded, mellowing tone to it. Drinkable with ease.
Another solid brew from Great Lakes!
