Color is darkened pale yellow, very close to gold, fairly large airy, big bubbled and thick white head that fizzed away and leaves minimal lacing in spots.
Smell is faint of floral hops, grasses, and light sweetness of bread dough in the back.
Taste is breadish up front malts, light and crisp, but the crispness is a little weak, pretty mellowing and subdued in character, with a touch of floral and lemony hopness.
Feel is light bodied, trying to pick up some thickness but recedes back into an emptyness a bit. Easily drinkable and mellow for a Kolsch.

Had this on tap at Crescent Moon in Omaha.
Pale gold color with almost no head. Smell is mildly citrus and sweetwith just a light hoppiness. Flavor of malt, hop, lemon and spices. Overall taste was very mild. Was very easy to drink, but not something I'll seek out again.

Color is straw/gold and clear. Smell is slightly sweet, with mild grass and very very slight hops notes. Taste is similar to the smell, with grassy sweetness and malts first with minor hops and even some very slight citrus taste. Feel is thin, as expected for the style.
Overall, this is one of my favorites from Goose Island. It's available almost anywhere here. It's a great summer style. And they do it well.
