12oz bottle. Poured into a small Hill Farmstead stemmed glass. Clear. Small head, light lacing. Aroma is sweet and fruity biscuit. Aroma is lightly tinged with alcohol. Flavor is similarly a generic berry and sweetness. Not heavy sweetness or estery fruit. The end hits you with a fruity more malty flavor and the sipping aspect of the beer. Otherwise, it’s way too easy drinking. Also, it comes off as a Belgian without having any Belgian characteristics. Like a strong golden but obviously missing the Belgian malts and yeast. I know that sounds weird. Now, while alcohol is there is a smooth 15%. I’m also not a big fan of honey in beers but here I can’t really tell it’s honey. I’m a fan, I buy this about once a year.
