Time Out shows off a shiny copper body with a little chill haze mixed in for good measure. When backlit the body takes on a light golden hue. A dish soap head rises to two fingers and falls rather quickly to a thick collar and skim coating of large bubbled head. I can't see any visible carbonation but thin sticky lacing consumes the inner walls of the glass.

The nose is all about citric hoppiness. Lemon and orange peel dominates but a deep pull brings about some weed tucked in back. A good deal of caramel maltiness tries to balance this one out, but falls short. There's a touch of butter in the back that actually adds a quality touch somehow. The aroma on this IPA draws me right in.

This is one of the more balanced Flossmoor IPAs, the most balanced to be exact. The caramel lays down a solid base but isn't hugely rich, which I prefer, letting the hoppiness shine through. Candied orange peel abounds with Lemonhead type lemon. The weed isn't as noticeable in the flavor but a touch of hoppy earthiness comes through.

A soft body graces this beer along with a soft carbonation. The body has a moderate weightiness but glides effortlessly across the tongue. The bitterness grows after each sip and reached its peak at moderately bitter.

This is another highly drinkable and refreshing IPA. The abv would be a problem for me before I'd get tired of drinking this one. Time Out is a good summer drinker for sure.

Here is another winner from Flossmoor. It's not the hop bomb that some of the prior releases were but it's delicious none the less. If you see it, scoop it up. You'll be happy you did.
