A - Pour produces a quarter inch of bright white foam. It's pretty dense and shows no sign of going anywhere anytime soon. Body is golden with an orange tint to it. Tons and tons of bubbles racing to the surface.

S - Aroma is a bit light here. Wheat, as it should be, is obvious. There is a little touch of hay to it. Just not getting much else here. Nothing off, just faint.

T - Lots more flavor than there is aroma, albeit simplistic. Wheat flavor combines with hay to give it that classic american wheat flavor. What makes it a bit different is the amount of biscuity pale malt I am getting here. It's more a pale ale in the malt aspect than a wheat ale. Hops are very light, but there is a subtle grassy tone.

M - Light to medium bodied. Carbonation is a bit hard.

Overall - Nothing bad or off, but this one is a bit simple and straightforward. I am thinking that the bottle that I got might be a little older than it should be. I'll have to try this at the source.
