Perfectly clear dark amber. Dense, and fairly largely billowing cap of off-white foam. Keeps its stay for a good before simmering down to an always present foamy skim and a ton of closely hugging lace.
Very nice aroma thats soft and elusively citrusy and pine sided with a fairly leveled peachyness and pineapple type soaking of pine wood and spruce. Pithy parts of orange and white grapefruit take a high ended touch of spice and bite on the nose as it warms up.
Delicate, yummy taster of piney hops and citrus notes all over the place that has pineapple, orange, and grapefruit in there. Low leveled bitterness; very nice to behold. Light, creamy malt base of sweet, tenderized cherry furit and some raisiny figgyness; slightly toasted. Absolutely lovely in balance and soft tone. Very delicate warmth, but heavy in length on the back end of the palate as it cinders well with a creamy cherry and pine burst of energy before it fades into left over pithy citrus and pineyness.
Body is mediumish with a simple creamyness that is a bit light, yet is caring and supple to the palate. Overall ,this yummy stuff has a non-overpowering bite of piney and pithy-like citric punch to it thats very balanced within its warming pine oil creamyness.
An incredible easy drinkin' Barleywine. Gone in no time and more is needed without much effort of re-thinking you can handle it, as it hits quick and is worth it, as it s a very nice brew to behold.

A - Hazy red body that looks thick, but inviting. Pours a small tan head that ends up being whisps on the surface along with a ring around the surface. Thin lacing down the sides of the glass.
S - Big and boozy. Big roasted caramel malts meld with some red fruit. Hops are present, but seem mellowed.
T - Sweet caramel malt starts it up front. This is balanced with some hop presence, which has been obviously subdued from age. Big, ripe red fruits show up at the end to lend some nice sweetness to the finish. Despite the bit abv and the smell, this one goes down with little alcohol taste.
M - Full bodied with super smooth carbonation.
D - I really like this beer. Taste is sweet and comforting.
