A - Pours a cloudy light yellow colored body with streams of bubbles rising to the surface. Head is bright white and almost sparkles. Starts at about one and a half inches, and now is a good quarter inch of fluffy foam.
S - Big spritzy lemony smell. Light wheat and a bit of hay. Little bit of spice going on here too.
T - Starts of with lemony citrus notes that are nice and sweet. Light wheat with a pale malt backdrop. More citrus comes in again, accompanied by some spice from coriander and cardamom? Touch of yeast.
M - Medium bodied, this is more full bodied that your run of the mill wit. Carbonation tickles the tongue on the way down.
D - Very nice wit beer that is really hitting the spot with the humidity here. Sessionable for sure.
