Reviewed from notes from a couple weeks ago.

A - Pours a glowing golden body with a slight haze to it. Big butter colored head that is very fluffy.

S - Big, brash barnyard funk. Horse blanket, wet dog. Citrusy yogurt flavors.

T - Start with soft citrusy yogurt flavors, lemon, lime and orange all mixed together. Yoplait key lime yogurt I keep thinking. Big earthy funky flavors with fresh rain, forest floor, horse blanket and barnyard funk. Finishes slightly spicy with all spice and maybe coriander.

M - Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

D - Nice and light, but with tons and tons of flavors going on. This is my second De Proef beer in the Primitive Wild Series and I am really digging them. Can't wait to try the other three that I have.
