A - Pours a slightly hazed, dull golden colored body. Small fluffy white head made up of varying sized bubbles. Decent retention.

S - Brett hits the nose right away, with that lime yogurt smell that I am so fond of. Slightly spicy on the nose. Peach and light pear. Good amount of yeasty funk going on here.

T - Starts off with a spicy kick and big time yeasty funk. Belgian spices intermingle with a yeastiness that brings in all sort of barnyard funky flavors. Horseblanket, barnyard floor, wet hay. Slight citrus flavors come in along with a slight yogurt flavor. Spice comes back and lasts through to the finish.

M - Medium bodied with slightly abrasive carbonation.

D - The De Proef Flemish Primitive line has yet to disappoint even though this is probably my least favorite of the four I have had so far. Great funk here, but the carbonation and spices are a bit much. Give the glass a couple swirls to let some more of the carbonation out.
