Pours a cloudy gold with a forever lasting white bead/head. Aroma of bread, alcohol, faint Belgian yeast esters - good not great.
Very round, plump tripel flavors - starts with a sweet, almost bubblegum-like maltiness balanced by a degree of herbal hoppy flavors - simultaneously sweet and bitter. A fruitiness enters mid sip, juicy with hints of apricot and whatever kind of fruit comes from wheat malt. Finishes dryish but still fruity - think Seyval Blanc.
